You're most welcome.
Mediterranean diet is kind of what I do, but I have weeks where it's red meat, others that's no meat. The main thing for me in that, is to once again keep it simple. If there is processed meats, cheeses, a lot of strong spices, it's too much for me.
I'm sorry about Covid... However, I would love to trade noses with you! Some days I feel like I'm a human bloodhound! I mean, I can go thru a grocery store and track down who has what perfume, smoked a cigarette, or, smoked a joint! No, it's not fun or Kool. But, I hope you smiled.😹
I have heard it wasn’t hereditary is why I was asking. I remember my Dad having places like mine on his right arm & leg (same side mine is on) and one of my cousins on my Dad’s side has a different rare skin disease.
Thank you for the info about restoring my immune system. I’ve heard that following a Mediterranean Diet is very beneficial too.
I’ve had COVID 3 different times & I wonder if that depleted my immune system some. The 2nd time I got it, about late 2022, I lost my sense of smell & still have not got it back.
Yes, I have heard many that it is hereditary in their family. Recommendations, all I can think of is wear a mask around others, eat whole /natural foods, try to stay away from dairy, at least that is what I try to do. I limit exposure to others, especially when in a flare.
