Mine is loratadine and nasal spray in morning, singulair and a Benadryl at bedtime. And Lot, and lots, of Kleenex! Mine barely slowed down this winter.

My dr says benadryl is on list for meds that can bring on dementia. With that said, I just had to take one last nite.😜

The most effective method is allergy shots if you’re so inclined.
Over the counter meds are Zyrtec, Allegra and Claritin .
Allergies are not one of my maladies, thank god. But as I’m investigating this for, you that’s what I found.
Very best of luck to you. I hope this helps. 🀧

Benadryl is my friend! I use it at night. I used to have two Claritins - one in the morning and one at night, but that stopped working, so now onto Benny!
