Agree.. I even have the small blemish colloid patches that cover small breakouts.

Not easy I realize. However, if I keep my hands and my mind engaged in an activity, I'm less likely to scratch.

Visualize your dermatologist's face when you have the urge to pick/scratch. It really worked for me!

Cover them up as well as keeping your skin moisturized. Then if possible find something else to distract yourself.
