I still have a big sore right where my arm bends. I don't think it will ever go away. Bandage around my arm covering the other crop! Does it itch! I go back Tuesday to have the bandages changed. Prednisone and antibiotic! Bless you, Janie! Those upside down triangles are murder and don't seem to go away unless you dig out the core. Not easy!

While most of my affected areas are still a pain, I was very successful getting rid of the PN on my scalp by using Elvive Hyaluronic Acid shampoo. I have no issues with the scalp anymore. It hasn't helped with my legs and forearms, but any improvement is more than welcome! ***I do warn everyone not to try it without consulting your medical providers first.

I use teatree. Helps with the itch. My dermatologist told me no alcohol. Use bleach, 1 ounce, add 3 ounces water. I don't know why no alcohol but it does burn like crazy! Best wishes!

Hi SDHab, I've actually put the tacrolimus ointment onto my scalp and left it on for a couple days..it took a couple washes to get it all out...another time I put alcohol on them but I don't suggest it, to painful...I just found tea tree shampoo and it seems to be helping...
