Hi folks. Does anyone know what these dome shaped lesions are composed of? What do these hard spots have inside them?🙀 Are yous painful?

Thank you for your full and interesting answer. These truly are the most hideous spots in all their various stages :- itching, painful, bleeding, crusty and - as if that’s not enough -
finally, scarring.
My heart goes out to all fellow sufferers. ❤️

That sounds like mine. I have found that Aveeno baby eczema soothing therapy bath treatment with colloidal oatmeal takes away the itch, so the sore heals and never develops further. I use the product as a paste for a small area or in a bath. Both work.

My nodules begin as a red bump that itches. They resemble an insect bite. They become painful if I allow them to completely develop.
