I eat Mexican food regularly and have no problems. I order entrees with only a few ingredients like shrimp or I order fajitas. Easy entrees, not too spicy.

Seems like spicy food and meat causes a response in me. Also cheap candy, especially chocolate. Maybe it's my imagination. I'm searching for answers. 😔

The question appears to be about a different condition. For prurigo nodularis (PN), certain foods can trigger inflammation and symptoms. While Mexican food itself isn't necessarily problematic, some common ingredients in Mexican dishes might affect PN symptoms:

• Nightshade vegetables (tomatoes, peppers)
• Citrus fruits (lime, lemon)
