Patty, I think foods and diets are a personal decision. For example, I have read comments from others identifying certain foods as triggers. Yet I eat the same food and don't have the same experience. I suggest that a good starting point is to have a discussion with your dermatologist and your other treating physicians, and make food choice decisions from there. Good luck.

"What foods should I avoid with prurigo nodularis?"

This is an excellent question that deserves careful consideration with your healthcare provider. While there are many opinions online about dietary restrictions and PN, each person's triggers can be different. The best approach is to:

1. Work with your healthcare provider to identify potential food triggers
2. Keep a detailed food diary to track any correlations between what you eat and flare-ups
3. Consider getting tested for food allergies if recommended by your doctor

Remember that what triggers symptoms in one person may not affect another. Your healthcare team can help develop a personalized dietary plan that works for your specific situation.
