Yes, I'm being more disciplined about moisturizing. My derm recommended the Allegra. I finally started yesterday and it did provide relief within 2 hours. Going to start taking it every morning. Adding a 3rd interior layer of protection along with the Dupixent and the NAC. Next see my derm in Sept. and may talk to him about switching to Numluvio since it might be better targeted because it blocks IL-31.

The dermatologist asked me 2 take Allergra 2 x a day. I don't but do 1x
