Will This Disease Ever Go Away?
A MyPrurigoTeam Member asked a question 💭
A MyPrurigoTeam Member

We keep hoping... I've not read or heard of anyone's going away. In between flares, might be long stretches, and no bonafide fix all for everyone, yet. Some get relief, but it's not a cure, sorry to… read more

Where Is The Weirdest Spot You've Had Pns?
A MyPrurigoTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have been diagnosed for several years and just recently had another pn on one of my eyelids! I have one in a fold of one ear and probably like most of you, have had private areas infected, too. I find it weird how both my arms are affected, along with my scalp and neck, but the pns are only on one hand (over and over again) and one leg! Interestingly enough, the leg that is infected is NOT the leg I had my knee surgery on, but they also didn't put any appliances in at the time or replace… read more

I Am Having Very Painful Skin Flare Ups Which Look Like Eczema As Well As My Nodules. Does Anyone Else Have Experience Of This Please?
A MyPrurigoTeam Member asked a question 💭

Diagnosed with chronic nodular prurigo (CNPG) in March 2024. Combination of Tacrolimus and Pregabalin have helped control the worst of the night time itching and sleep deprivation. My biggest problem currently is excruciatingly painful flare ups in patches - look like eczema but do not itch. Very sensitive to heat and not responsive to corticosteroids or immunotherapy creams.
