I spray on Biofreeze. I will wake up in,middle of night with horrible itching. If I spray it on, the cold overruns the itching feeling. I have diabetic foot neurapathy and I tried it out as an experiment. They sell the spray at Target, diabetes aisle

I don't use lidocaine patches. Ice is the only thing that helps me.

Ive also used these topical creams, And they work great! Pain and itching are the worst symptom for most..They help you stop scratching, touching the areas, So you dont cause an infection.

I hear you the only problem is I didn't have any ice but I had a nice cold Frozen pack of peas when I wake up and it's so bad and it's hurting so bad that's my go-to medicine.
