Hot showers and baths are not good for PN. You will itch, and therefore scratch, even more.
Irma good morning I do know that hot hot water is not good for PN . My first doctor had me take bleach baths with a 1/4 cup bleach with tempered water for a least 15min than rinse. By personal experience we had a pool and the chlorine water would help me in the summer. I hope this helped answer your question. 🫶🏼
