I had several punch biopsies over the years. The first wave of biopsy results shows SK as the culprit, then recently they showed as lichen simplex chronicus (LSC). After visiting dozens of dermatologists in multiple states since 2018, I went to an MD who had experience with radiation therapy (SRT). I was so desperate for relief that I was willing to pay out of pocket for rounds of radiation. The MD took one look at my nodules and immediately diagnosed me with PN and prescribed Dupixient in December of 2023.

After a years of being told hives and that I was doing it to myself , like I literally made perfect circles on areas I can’t even reach ugh one guy comes walking in the room before even meeting me, saying I know what it is and then spoke to my boyfriend didn’t even address me the entire time ugh ! But finally a couple of months ago a dermatologist did a biopsy to and gave me an answer .
