Me too ladies when mine do go away leave a purple scar!! Hoping it fades with time?? 😢

I have also had those purple dark spots on legs and arms. Keep applying cream and eventually they do fade a lot but leave a slight discoloration.

Me personally, I have so many scars... I don't see me being without. But then, I've had a life of many lives, that have left many scars, before I was diagnosed with PN, so ..
