Why is my PN starting up and it’s driving me crazy.

Not sure why it acts up, but I've quit using the lip balm, and camphor products, and am using a product called New Skin, with a pinch of clove powder.
The liquid bandage seals the clove powder to the nodule , and stops it from itching.
Can be easily removed with soap and water.
