Dandruff shampoo, I use Bactine Max Spray, Pain and itch relief. It stings a little, but it works almost immediately. I use this all over effected areas. Not touching, rubbing skin directly will help a lot..

I also had to shave my head! I had long hair, and noticed small lesions. Over time, my hair was getging ingrown, coiling inside my skin, and falling out.
I recently buzzed all my hair off and am mourning my hair. Its impacted my career, my relationships, my marriage, and my self esteem. The bright side is that I can experiment with fun wigs.
