Hi Tamara, I was just diagnosed also. Yes, The fine sugary or salty grit on skin( as you so well describe it) is something I haven't seen mentioned before. It seems to cover my scalp completely and sounds like sandpaper if I run fingers across it. It also seems to be on top edge of walls of the nodules on scalp. I don't know if it is only a scalp thing or not.

Thanks it's so weird I wash my bedding and clothing separate bit the little granuals are still there ugh any suggestions
