I use head and shoulders and it has made such a difference in my sores .
I have PN on my scalp as well. I did have an infection from scratching my scalp and the dermatologist had to prescribe antibiotics. She informed me that no matter how much I wash my hands or clean under my nails, infection is still possible dume to the presence of bacteria. The dermatologist suggested taking NAC to combat the itching and to break the itch/scratch cycle. I also use Head and Shoulders Bare and prescription scalp oil as needed.

Hasn't it though? I found the suggestion on this very website! I use the Bare formula because it contains no additives. I also use Dove sensitive skin and Lubriderm moisturizer.
Oh yes, scratch scratch scratch, this no thing doesn’t work for me.
The nodules have cleared up except on my scalp. I itch, my scalp non stop, the reason I wash my hands and clean my nails.
This is crazy, didn’t know the fatigue would hit me so hard.
I’m lucky to get half of days chores done.
I’m hoping I can get help paying for dupexin. (Misspelled I’m sure)
