Hi I'm Mary Lou in Toronto 🍁
Nice 2 C a fellow Canadian in this wonderful support group
Just saw your post from last summer about PN on the scalp & dizziness
Lucky my scalp face feet & hands R the only places I dont have PN
Its definitely a frustrating mysterious mystery embarrasing itchy terrible nasty RARE DISEASE 4 sure with no doctor knowing what even causes or triggers it in the first place let alone a long term solution/ treatment/ cure
Time will tell - hopefully some day they will discover the answers but until then we have 2 deal with it one day @ a time unfortunately
More research definitely needs to be done
Take care
Bye 4 now🤗
I have several autoimmune conditions. My rheumatologist feels that PN is a result of my haywire immune system. They knew exactly what PN was; it was not unfamiliar to them. In fact, they said"another one to add to the list."
I have it in my scalp and I barely brush my hair now and wear it up all the time so people can’t see the big bald patch and sores
OMG! Arnie, you have had quite the medical trials in your life!
