Lee, I am really bothered by someone using your comments on Facebook. I haven't been a part of Facebook for very long but overall I have mixed feelings about it. I feel like some posters use a group as a reason to be sarcastic, judgmental, and snarky. I wonder if this happens because the poster feels anonymous. I know one thing and that's it's upsetting to me. I feel that this type of behavior is dishonest too.

Hi Lee, I think that's very rude for people to do that on Facebook. This is a good support group and we all do truly suffer from this disease. I'm glad you're here. I was diagnosed with a mental illness when I showed my doctor my sores. She said it was like cutting that I was picking up myself and sent me to Mental Health. So I do understand the "loop" as I have been through one of the loops. Not as long as you have but for a year I was on mental health meds that made me loopy and that's not a pun. I wouldn't post on Facebook anymore if I were you. I got hacked on Facebook and had to change my email address and everything, so I don't go on Facebook anymore.

Infectious disease typically are registered with a county board of health. Illnesses such as TB come to mind. PN is not considered an infectious disease so there is no need for the county board of health to be involved.

Are you doing that? Your bio is nearly blank and you state in one place you've had PN since birth but in your details you indicate your dx was in 2020. Just checking on you.
