Hello, I have one patch of PN on my scalp. It was described as localised PN. It is not itchy though? could it be a misdiagnosis?

I have experienced scalp lesions(nodules) both itching and non-, itching. Sometimes I only feel a lump. Now that I have added knowledge, I treat them as soon as I feel them. I have the mindset of treating symptoms as they appear to prevent them from becoming worse.
