In terms of the itching/ scratching, there are over the counter products to treat the itching. CeraVe comes to mind. For spot treatment, there is over the counter cortisone ointment, and clear calamine lotion. There is also the option of purchasing the NAC supplement on Amazon. Georgia, I would ask if your dermatologist has a patient portal. The portal is very helpful in having questions answered, request prescriptions, and schedule appointments. My dermatologist recommended prescription steroid creams,scalp treatments..I use moisturizer daily, gentle shower soap, and shampoo.

I don't know they're coming. What topical products do you use? All I have is the antibiotic salve. One big problem, my dermatologist is with the Cleveland Clinic. He is booked solid and covers 3 places. I can't get in . He is putting me on dupixent, don't have an appointment until mid August. I have not experienced fluid in the nodules. Since I treat appearing nodules immediately, I don't have them becoming larger or hard. Mine start as red spots.
