Hi Trudy! There is an article on this website about PN and the scalp. I have found it to be helpful and informative. It discusses shampoos that are helpful in treating PN. I have been using Head and Shoulders Bare shampoo (no added ingredients) and I have found it to be quite helpful. When I am having a flare, I have prescription Derma Smooth that I apply at bedtime. Both of these products have helped me tremendously.

I use Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion - Normal to Dry Skin.
Works well for me.
Also, 100% aloe vera.

I use Dermarest and it helps the itch but I'm fortunate and can also use clobetasol which really helps! Keep us informed if you find a shampoo that really works.
