I think that there are different challenges with each season. Heat and humidity can cause issues with PN related to sweating and irritation, winter creates different challenges due to dry skin and PN. My conclusion is: different season; different manifestations of PN.

I don't use an exfoliating product on my skin. I moisturize my skin daily; immediately after showering. I use Lubriderm Advanced Therapy (red label) which is dermatologist formulated and recommended. It's light weight but highly effective.

Absolutely agree with Cathy's response. In the fall I was in remission but dry air is causing a major flare up.
