Hi. Mine never goes away. But it seems to be getting better. I had about 20 on my back for a while and down to 8. Right now, I’m down to 6. They are raised and always bleed. Ive been on Rinvoq almost a year and is wonderful for eczema! Just added nemluvio to see how it helps with the PN. Like others mentioned, I think sweating and heat make it worse.

Hi Phat Nana! The heat and stress exacerbates.y PN. My dermatologist encouraged me to try stress reduction. I have pray, meditate, do deep breathing, and strength training. Since you looking to date, maybe look towards your church (if you attend) and your friends. Maybe join a senior center. I hope that you feel better soon.

Hi Cathy! By and chance, could the experiences at church be allergic in nature? Stress is an issue as shared by my dermatologist.

I have allergies to Methylchloroisothiazolinone and methylisothiazolinone. MCI/MI. These are Formaldehyde Releasers, used in just about every product on the market, as a preservitive. I am religious, but sitting next to someone in church or anywhere can cause an outbreak because of what their clothing was washed in or soap, shampoo, etc. they used can cause me to have an outbreak. Since I started Nemluvia shots, my life had become much better, but I still have scars. I still have issues with Stress because of self image. I hope this is helpful.
