More rest, gentler movement, extra skin care, or patience?

Are you managing a flare, riding a calmer wave, or somewhere in between?

Hi Cynthea! Thank you for your support! I guess what my mom taught me is being reinforced!

Thank you, Cynthea! Now that I have an inkling of how long my healing may take, I know that I have to allow my body to heal. Healing happens at its own pace and can't be rushed.

I hope you had a warm and cozy weekend, @A MyPrurigoTeam Member! And I'm glad to hear you're practicing patience, as tough as that may be with balancing different health conditions. I commend you!

Since Delaware is experiencing another deep freeze with winds thrown in the mix, I plan to keep warm with a blanket nearby. I'm also practicing patience. I saw my rheumatologist on Thursday and while being supportive, they told me that the gastritis requires staying with my current treatment plan and allow the stomach lining to heal.
