I just answered you in another post It is a supplement recommended by my dermatologist to stop the itching. It can be purchased through Amazon although I've seen it at Walmart. I purchased the Nutracost brand because it is vegan. Give it a try! I think that by not scratching the nodules have an opportunity to heal.

Hi Joanne! Prior to adding NAC to my treatment plan, I found that the itching continued if I didn't use my prescription topical medication on them. They also itched al but when they began to heal. The combination of prescription topicals, OTC products and NAC supplement has stopped the itching in its tracks.
