Is there a non steroid cream to treat PN

Tacrolimus is a non-steroid Rx topical and it is the bomb. My new dermatologist actually prefers it to Clobetasol. It is a calcineurin inhibitor.
Opzelura is another option. It is a JAK inhibitor.

Pearl, there are anti itch creams available for treatment. However, I think that the the steroid based ointments are more successful. I think that steroid based ointments can be used. Use them until the lesions are beginning to heal and then switch to the non steroid based ointments.
