I’ve been on Dupixent for seven months and my Dermatologist said I should have had better progress.

Hi Trudy! Dupixent didn't work for me. Nemluvio had not yet been approved. My dermatologist prescribed topical medications for my PN. That was over 2 years ago. At my last visit, the dermatologist was pleased that I was managing the PN using the topicals alone. At this point, they are not planning on using the biological medications. Trudy, if you are uncertain or reluctant about using Nemluvio, I would suggest having a discussion with your dermatologist. There may be other options that you would prefer.

Hi Trudy! When Dupixent didn't work for me and Nemluvio wasn't approved yet, my dermatologist informed me that there were other prescription medications that may work. I remember Rinvoq being mentioned. My point is: please if Nemluvio isn't successful for you, please don't be afraid to advocate for alternative medications.

I’ve been on Nemluvio for two weeks now I’ve had no reaction. The itch is better. It seems to be working better for me than Dupixent. Hope it keeps working. I don’t think theirs anything else left to try. Good luck to all of you.
