Elle, my dermatologist stopped my Dupixent and I’m getting ready to start Nemluvio also and I was wondering about the side effects.

Hi Elle! I'm happy that you have a trusted dermatologist. Is it possible that the headaches from Nemluvio are an initial side effect and then decrease as one's body adjusts to the drug? If the headaches are a known occurrence, does your dermatologist have suggestions on how to treat them?

I started taking it a few months back but missed doses here and there due to delivery and the medicine getting left out!! Anyway, my skin is much better but my headaches are way worse. I'll take a headache any day over my whole body being covered in nodules, lesions and sores.

I have been on Nemluvio for about 6 months now and have not developed any side effects. In fact, I believe Nemluvio has been helping me more as time goes on. My PN is on my scalp and I was having terrible scary sensations that are all gone now. Still have some itching but I feel that is improving somewhat.
I really hope it works for any of you considering Nemluvio.

Also..I haven't started the drug yet. I'm just wondering ahead of time how many people get the side effects l8ke headache or eczema....
