Thanks! I ate alot of fish which is high histamine. Who knows. I swear there's something else going on but I am not getting anywhere with the doctors. They just hone in on the pn. I'm discouraged.

While Nemluvio was really a game changer for me, it did take several months to start working. I wonder if you a just having a flare-up for some reason. Talk with your medical provider, but hang I there if you can. I am %90 better with this medication. (Food for thought...)

Some MyPrurigoTeam members have shared similar experiences after starting Nemluvio, particularly in the early stages of treatment. Known side effects of Nemluvio include:

- Headache
- Skin reactions (including certain types of eczema-like flares)
- Severe allergic reactions (rare, but serious)

Increased itching after a first dose can sometimes happen as the body adjusts to a new biologic medication. However, feeling terrible is not something to brush off. It's really important to contact your dermatologist or prescribing doctor as soon as possible to describe exactly what you experienced. They can help determine whether this is a temporary reaction or something that needs closer attention.

Don't stop or adjust the medication on your own without speaking to your healthcare provider first.
