I have the same symptom(s) with the burning with tingling on my scalp. It is exhausting. Needless to say I have had very little sleep as well. Stay strong.

Managing so many conditions at once sounds genuinely exhausting, and it makes complete sense that flare-ups feel overwhelming when everything seems to hit at once.

When it comes to PN specifically, the burning and itching you're describing during flare-ups are very common experiences shared by many MyPrurigoTeam members. PN involves overactive nerve fibers in the skin, which can make sensations feel much more intense than usual. The fatigue you're experiencing is also very real. Sleep disruption is extremely common with PN, as itching tends to worsen at night, leaving people drained during the day.

Some known triggers that can intensify PN flare-ups include:

- Heat and humidity
- Sweat
- Stress and anxiety
- Dry air
- Certain fabrics like wool or polyester

Since stress is a known trigger, the PTSD, panic attacks, and bipolar disorder you mentioned could potentially be amplifying your flare-up symptoms. This is worth discussing with your doctor, as managing mental health can sometimes help ease PN symptoms too. The light and electrical sensitivity you're describing isn't something specifically documented with PN alone, so it's really important to bring those specific symptoms up with your doctor to make sure everything is being looked at together as a full picture rather than in isolation.
