Luke warm bath before bed as I only have the issues on my scalp. Scrub scalp with scalp scrub(tea tree mint) then wash it with tea tree mint shampoo , lastly conditioner tea tree mint. I pull my long hair up wet and leave it all night. Lastly I have a leave in conditioner that is tea tree mint and I use it whenever it starts itching. I have a cream from the dermatologist but I’m holding out until my hair routine quits working.
