Yes, I take a 24 hr allergy pill every day. Allegra
it does help the itching but I get headaches and drymouth/eyes so I only use if really bad or prementively if I am indulging in a known allergen food
have you tried over the counter antihistimines? I dont like to take regularly but really helps to stop the itch cycle when its bad. some are better than others, check the labels for chronic itch relief
