Thank you! I have wondered about lichen because my hair has fallen out so much. I have found rubbing teatree oil helps the scalp a bit. I wonder if I have got slightly paranoid, anything that doesn't belong, itches!

I do have the white flakes on my scalp & no they do not make my face itch if falling on it. I do have some huge crusty painful sores on my scalp which is the Lichen Simplex Chronicus (LSC) caused by the intense itch-scratch cycle due to the PN. I also found out the LSC is also called Neurodermatitis which my PA diagnosed that & had heard the LSC can be horrible which I can attest to that for sure!😱
