I had the shingles vaccine in 2020. I had no problems from it. The PN was diagnosed following an insect bite and what I thought were additional insect bites but ultimately were not. A visit to the dermatologist and a punch biopsy confirmed the other bite looking things were PN. That was in 2023.

Hi Arnie, thanks for your reply. I have had some pretty serious health issues including spontaneous pneumothorax on both sides, DCIS breast cancer, SIBO and colitis. I am also allergic to A LOT of stuff including all pain meds except one. I also broke out almost one year after the shingles vaccine. I have no professional back up either. Hope you are doing well today and thank you for your time and support.

I did get the shingles vaccine. I got it almost one year before my breakout of PN. I am of the opinion that I started my PN after I had a serious case of Seratonin Syndrome, caused by a very bad mix of medications. The timing of the Syndrome and PN was very coincidentally perfect, but I have no professional backup on this.
