My PN is definitely craters, but most of them are LARGE and not small craters.
I only get liquid filled blisters once in awhile. The nodules to me look more like little craters instead of regular sores.
I'have PN and sometimes the nodules start hurting so bad I scratch until I get them off and then they obviously leak.
I know not to do that but it feels like this stabbing pain until I get them off.
Not all just some in certain areas.

Mine come in summer and sweating outside is the trigger. I’ve had two summers, this was the worst. Mine have clear fluid in them and are painful.
