My dermatologist prescribed 0.05% Clobetesol ointment to apply to the nodules/lesions. They also informed me that it can be used on my face as long as I don't apply any near my eyes. Clobetesol is manufactured in a liquid preparation. I use Aquaphor, Lubriderm Advanced Therapy as part of my daily moisturization routine.

I am trying to pay more attention to, this is what I have noticed, the lesions pop up are painful, sometimes contain pus sometimes not, then comes the start of the drying, itching, pain, the forever to heal part. I do have red spots some rather deep but so far they seem to heal fairly well in the end. I have found Tea tree oil to be beneficial in the first phase, Aquaphor towards the last phase.

Hi Cathy! It is unbelievable and I think I am in denial. I almost want to question the Dr but the pathology report from the biopsy was clear, I saw it. We have tried many topicals, Tacrolimus, Metronidazole, Ivermectin, Opzelura.
I just got approved for Nemulivo and started my starter dose last week.

Hi Nancy! It is unbelievable! What topical medications has the dermatologist recommended to treat your skin? As difficult as this is, please do your best to refrain from picking at the nodules or squeezing out the pus. I worry about the possibility of infection and scarring. I hope that you begin to experience healing soon.
