Sores or nodules on the feet can absolutely be part of prurigo nodularis, even though they're more commonly noticed on the arms, legs, back, and belly. PN can show up anywhere on the body, especially in spots that are easier to scratch or pick at.

Georgia, when the beast was at full throttle before I finally began to fully battle it, I had them on the bottoms of both feet. There is a lot to hate about PN.

Yes. About 20 years ago I got a sore that hurt and itched so bad I scratched almost to the bone. Of course no Dr.had an explanation. I went to many with no help. Someone sent me to a holistic Dr and he gave me black tar and it finally cleared it up. I've probably had this for years and just didn't realize it!!
