I am prescribed Hydroxizine for itch by my Dermatologist. Also on Dupixent. I've gone from over 50 nodules to ZERO since 2018.
I had many side effects from Dupixent: loss of energy, fatigue, eye problem, pins and needles feelings in my hop and shoulder, not on it long enough to experience weight gain. The needle is enormous! I can't believe someone said the shots are not bad, they are terrible. All of these side effects is on the list of Dupixent side effects.
Hello everyone ,
I have been on duprixent since December, I give my shot in my thigh I switch off every other week.
And as Tina said make sure you get it warm about 30 mins then pick the fat part of your thigh and then just breath set it on the thigh count to 5 and your done . I have always passed out. And I am the worse with needles . So for me this is the best way to give it . I have not had any side affects that I am aware of . I can say it’s not helping be cause I have more sores this past few weeks
And I was just at the doctor and I did not have too many . If the heat is causing you to itch ask your doctor if you can take a zertec it really helps the itching that is caused by the sun.
I was doing injection in my legs ,which I'll never do again. My last one we did in my belly didn't hurt just a little sting from the medication. I've been on it since end of May 2023. I'm still itchy digging my scape. This is a nightmare wish I could wake up from. I stay inside due to the heat cause I itch so bad I'd love to just rip my skin off. I pray this medication starts to work soon.
Hi Birdy!! I have been on Dupixent for a while now. I use to have the most severe itch which caused me to dig into my skin scratching it. But after my Dermatologist started my Dupixent injection I no longer have a problem with itching just painful bump flare ups!!
