I take script antianxiety & antidepressant meds, & they help slightly. I have been approved for a Medical Marijuana Card so just waiting for to talk to a pharmacist at a dispensary. Hopefully, that will give me some relief. STRESS is one of my biggest culprits! I feel for ya!! Good luck & good vibes sent your way!

Stress is my main trigger for breakouts . I can actually go into remission if I stay ona schedule and don’t let unneeded stress in. Life dose happen though and to live so Rigid is hard so thus I suffer with break outs
