I ate several tablespoons of nuts last night. I have been tested for nut allergy but was told no. However! I started to itch and sting every where, mouth and lips too. I got some very itchy sores too. Could I have a n allergy and not pn or both. Misery today!

I've noticed when I eat peanuts it sets off an itch attack. Not sure if it's coincidence or if peanuts have something to do with it.

I've had oatmeal cookies, potatoe chips, eggs, corned beef hash, grilled cheese sandwiches, powdered sugar free drink mix, peas, cream style corn and bacon today. No attack. But yesterday I fasted from Monday night when I went to sleep until this morning and yesterday I was on the edge of an attack all day long. If I want to determine if peanuts or any food for that matter has an effect it's hard because I even have attacks while fasting cold with absolutely zero food involved. Often times I'll be fine and just the slightest tickle from a thread of fabric will set off an itch attack that has me in an itch fit for hours! It's like this thing is alive and has a mind of its own. 🤷

It sure does have a mind of its own and when one of those attacks is coming on, scary! I see no pattern.
