I´m starting soon. It is a JAK1-inhibitor (resembling Nemluvio which is a s.c injection JAK-inhibitor). I feel worried because I have high blood pressure and potential side-effects from Cibinqo is cardiovascular complications, vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism and even death. But I guess side-effects are similar to those of Nemluvio. Does anyone know ?

I would suggest that a review on Drugs.com may be helpful. A conversation with the pharmacist as well as your physician also should be considered. In terms of side effects, all adverse effects must be listed. However, the incidence and severity of the side effects must be evaluated in terms of your situation. The side effects for any drug are typically listed from common and then the list continues down the frequency to rare. Please do not guess about side effects. It is extremely important to educate yourself and ask questions to determine your decision.

Thanks Christina, Tina and Cathy ! I will really have to think about if and when I´m going to start Cibinqo. I think that reducing stress is so important for the skin and right now I´m exhausted of trying all the immunosuppressions there is for PN, but Cibinqo., Every therapy so far has given me side-effects or has not been working and I have had to struggle for a proper work-up as well as for a second opinion. First I was diagnosed as having pyoderma gangraenosum. I also have severe sleeping problems stressing me further. So Cathy I will really think twice before starting the new therapy. If the PN gets any worse I probably have no choice but trying Cibinqo. Take care everyone !
