I still have some on my wrists and people will ask me if something bit me and, I just tell them it’s PN and nobody has ever heard of it. Just something I know I’ll always have to deal with. I’ve had it for 21 years now. Dupixent is helping with the itch.

Heat and humidity can trigger PN symptoms and make itching worse. Since hot yoga involves both elevated temperatures and sweating, it could potentially aggravate your condition. However, since your PN is limited to specific areas, you might be able to continue with some modifications.
Here are some suggestions to help manage hot yoga with PN:
• Wear loose, breathable clothing that doesn't rub against affected areas
• Keep the room temperature moderate if possible
• Bring a cool towel to help regulate your skin temperature
• Shower immediately after class to remove sweat
• Apply moisturizer after showering Consider keeping a trigger journal to track how your skin responds to hot yoga sessions. This can help you identify if the activity consistently worsens your symptoms. If you notice your PN flaring up after classes, you might want to try regular temperature yoga instead or discuss alternatives with your healthcare provider.
