Game changer

I went to see my dermatologist last week and was disappointed to see a nurse specialist. As it turned out she was amazing. She changed my cream to Elocon but better than anything she gave me zinc infused stockings . What a difference they have made in only a week. She also started me on mycophenalate ( I took it for ckd for 10 years) it’s been 2 years since I stopped taking it and this is when the prurigo has presented itself . I think it’s a case of the stockings stopped the itching. I wear them 24/7 take them off to shower . Each pair last roughly a week .
Obviously I’ll keep you posted.
They aren’t compression stockings and you need bandages / tubi grip over the stockings to protect your clothing as it’s impregnated in zinc
