Living with prurigo nodularis can feel incredibly isolating, and that feeling is completely valid. The good news is that you're definitely not alone in this โ€” there are others out there who truly get it.

On MyPrurigoTeam, you can connect with other members who are going through the same experiences. Here are some ways to find and reach out to people:

- Go to the "Meet Others" section on the site
- Use the filters to search by location, treatments, symptoms, age, or gender
- Tap on a member's username to view their profile
- Send them a greeting or message directly from their profile page Beyond connecting one-on-one, taking care of your mental health while managing prurigo nodularis is really important. A few options that others have found helpful include:

- Online or in-person counseling to talk openly about the stress of living with a chronic skin condition
- In-person support groups in your local area
- Daily activities you enjoy โ€” whether that's exercise, a hobby, or calling a friend โ€” to help lift your mood

It's worth speaking with your doctor if feelings of loneliness or stress are weighing heavily on you. You deserve support for both your skin and your wellbeing. ๐Ÿ’™
