This is the one that I bought off of Amazon: Globe Capsaicin 0.1% Pain Relief Cream 2 oz, High Potency 3 - Pack. I started using this over a year ago and forgot about it until someone reminded me in this group. Being consistent has made a huge difference for me.

I've been using benadryl clear liquid and camomile and dermatologist gave me antihistamine pills when really bad

I tried the Globe product and thought it was bogus. The Rugby brand was the only one that actually has the listed amount of capsaicin.
