We R all learning as we go & everyone even doctors R baffled by this rare condition
How do we get them 2 disappear 4ever?
Or @ least go into full remission
Even the specialists dont have an answer for that question
Is it even possible as it seems some members of this group have suffered with it 4 many years unfortunately 😫
One day @ a time is all we can do & hope 4 more research into this dastardly illness/ disease so we all get some answers & possibly one day a cure

It depends on where the nodules are located. I get them on my scalp. What I find challenging is that I can feel one which is quite hard. Another one can Pop up and be sore to the touch and softer. I treat them the same way. Derma Smooth, Head and Shoulders Bare, and patience. I also get them on my lower legs near the ankle. Those I treat with Jukebox soap and Clobetasol ointment 0.05%. Patience and NAC twice a day.

Hello Jessica, nothing dumb about your question. I still have my first Nodules and it will be a year the 4th of September.
I have started using a cream with sulfur in it. I have seen great improvements, but I am not as bad as others. Fortunately I caught mine early.

With PN it takes a tremendous amount of patience. It came overnight but like an unwanted guest,it won't leave that fast.
At this point with all the unanswered questions,it boils down to trial and error for each individual.
